Day 2 Morning Session: Introduction to CUT&Tag + Guest Lecture
Overview of CUT&Tag principles and workflow; discussion of chromatin profiling strategies; external expert lecture on applications, experimental design, and common technical pitfalls.
Afternoon Session: CUT&Tag – Cell Preparation
